A focused 30-day introduction for a private group of up to four people who want to begin—or restart—training together before choosing a three-month plan. Your group shares the coaching experience while every participant receives appropriate exercise options.

Includes:

• 4 private 60-minute group sessions over 30 days

• Coaching for a group of up to four participants

• Group goal-setting and movement readiness check during the first session

• Four-week workout plan the group can use between coached sessions

• Individual form coaching and exercise modifications within every session

• End-of-month group progress review and next-step recommendation

• Message support for the group organizer

How to Enroll in Coaching
